LENNMARII is a brand operated by Vanta Global Management Consultancies – FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. This policy is governed by the laws of the UAE, including Federal Law No. 1 of 2006 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions and the Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and its Executive Regulations.

1. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All purchases on LENNMARII grant immediate access to a digital product (mobile application and its content). All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the digital content has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing immediate access to a digital application and its content
  • Access is granted at the moment of payment confirmation
  • Digital content, once delivered and accessible, is non-returnable in nature
  • No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be provided for unused access time, unused features, or change of mind

Exceptions — Digital Access

Vanta Global Management Consultancies – FZCO will review refund requests solely in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
  • A proven technical failure on LENNMARII's side resulted in complete inability to access the purchased product, which could not be resolved within 72 hours of a reported complaint

2. Live Consultation Sessions — Premium Plan ($969)

The Premium Plan includes two distinct components with separate refund terms:

  • Annual App Access  $369: Granted immediately upon purchase. This portion is non-refundable under the digital content policy stated above.
  • Live Consultation Sessions (3 × $200 = $600): Three individual 60-minute sessions to be scheduled and completed within 6 months (183 days) of the purchase date.

Refund terms for consultation sessions:

  • If you wish to cancel your Premium Plan before attending any consultation session, you are entitled to a partial refund of $600 (the value of the three undelivered sessions). The $369 app access fee remains non-refundable. This refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once any consultation session has taken place, no refund will be issued for remaining sessions.
  • Sessions not scheduled or attended within the 6-month validity period expire without refund.

Cancellation and rescheduling:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows will be counted as sessions delivered and are non-refundable.
  • If a session is cancelled by LENNMARII, the session is returned to your balance and the 6-month validity period is paused for the duration of the delay.

4. General Provisions

Vanta Global Management Consultancies – FZCO reserves the right to make the final determination on all refund requests. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under mandatory UAE consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract. This policy may be updated at any time. The version published on the website at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
