TERMS OF SERVICE
LENNMARII
Effective date: June 25, 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and:

operating under the brand name LENNMARII ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing, accessing, or using the LENNMARII application or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.
1. About Our Services
LENNMARII provides a mobile application and digital wellness program called 41 Heal & Grow, combining neuroscience-based practices, mindfulness, brain health, and nervous system regulation techniques. We offer three plans:
- Starter ($96): 60-day access to the 41 Heal & Grow program and app library
- Annual Access ($369): 12-month access to the app, program library, and live Q&A sessions
- Premium ($969): 12-month app access plus three individual 60-minute live consultation sessions with Lena
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Our services are intended for general wellness and personal development purposes only.
3. Medical Disclaimer
LENNMARII is a wellness and personal development program. It is not a medical service, medical device, or healthcare provider. Nothing in the app, program, or any consultation session constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, psychiatric treatment, or any clinical intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or any medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and that LENNMARII bears no liability for any health outcomes resulting from use of the program.
4. User Account
To access our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately at lennmarii41@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
You may not share your account or access credentials with any other person. Each purchase grants access to one individual user only.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
6. Refunds
All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- Digital app access is non-refundable once granted
- Premium Plan consultation sessions ($600) may be refunded in full if requested within 7 days of purchase and before any session has taken place
- The $369 app access component of the Premium Plan is non-refundable in all circumstances

7. Live Consultation Sessions
The following terms apply to the three live consultation sessions included in the Premium Plan:
- Sessions must be scheduled and completed within 6 months (183 days) of the purchase date
- Sessions expire without refund if not used within this period
- Rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows are counted as sessions delivered
- If a session is cancelled by LENNMARII, the session is returned to your balance and the validity period is paused accordingly
- Sessions are conducted via video call. A stable internet connection is your responsibility
- Sessions are for personal development purposes only and do not constitute therapy, coaching with guaranteed outcomes, or medical consultation
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the LENNMARII application and website — including but not limited to text, audio, video, meditations, program materials, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of Vanta Global Management Consultancies – FZCO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription period.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content
- Sell, sublicense, or share access with any third party
- Use any content for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying methodology for resale
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
- Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the operation of the platform or other users' access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund in the event of a material breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, LENNMARII and Vanta Global Management Consultancies – FZCO:
- Provide all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
- Do not guarantee specific results from use of the program
- Are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services
- Are not responsible for any third-party services, payment processors, or platforms used in connection with our services
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have read and accept our Privacy Policy. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at lennmarii41@gmail.com.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
